At Martha’s Food Truck & Catering, everything starts with family and tradition. We’re Marta and Humberto — partners in life and in flavor. Our journey began in a small taqueria, where food brought us together, and since then, we’ve been dedicated to sharing the recipes passed down from our parents and uncles. Cooking is who we are. Every carnitas, birria, and memela is made with love, the same way we cook for our own family. It’s food rooted in tradition, served fresh and with care.
